Objective
International Project Management is a topic that – in the wake of globalisation - has gained increasing importance over the last few years – and likewise, increasing complexity. Nowadays, around 30% of German companies have integrated the role of a project manager into their corporate structure who is solely engaged with leading all projects run in the company.
In other companies employees often have to manage complex projects in addition to their major tasks. And one often finds that especially these employees are not really equipped with the skills needed to master the challenges of international projects.
Our seminar International Project Management will help you to acquire those skills: being responsible for a project you will learn to successfully plan and lead international projects; to avoid intercultural conflicts in your team; and to find a common commitment to achieve your goals.
