Objective
Leading only by objectives is becoming less and less important. Nowadays, team leaders need to be able to convince more through personal and social competencies - managing difficult situations, conducting challenging conversations and simply working as a role model. During this seminar the participants will be given the psychological know-how which is needed to support staff development, solve conflict situations and to re-work goals with team members. By focusing on the authentic exposure to power and authority, the participants will become a link between the levels, thereby becoming a promoter of internal processes.
