Objective

During this seminar participants will learn techniques and strategies to enable them to correctly manage a conflict situation. They learn to see conflict as an opportunity for better cooperation and communication in their area of responsibility and learn to resolve conflicts effectively, it’s particularly important to detect and analyze the causes of conflicts in leadership, and fellow employees.
